All sales are final. Due to the nature of our business and product, exchanges can only be made within 10 days of purchase in its original condition with original sales receipt. Only a store credit will be issued, if hair is determined to be in same original condition within the allotted timeframe.
If the hair has been chemically altered or modified the product will become null and void. We will not accept any hair that has been installed, shampooed, co-washed, brushed, combed, cut or colored. Bundles should be thoroughly inspected without removing wrapping. Please insure the bundles are to your satisfaction, and if unsure consult a licensed professional.
If FrontRow Hair is determined the faulted party, we will provide a full refund or a equal value exchange without any additional cost to the customer.
